Tsukuba Wiki: Know what the locals know...

The Rest House across from Tsukuba Expo Center in Chuo Park has been turned into a citizen's gallery. The area inside the building can be used for art exhibits, small concerts, or workshops. The panels by the windows turn 45 degrees. When they are closed, they can be used as panels for the artwork on display. When they are open, they let in the light and scenery from the park.
