- Salsa en Tsukuba, http://salsa-en-tsukuba.blogspot.com/
Salsa en Tsukuba, meets twice a month on Saturday evenings 18:30-21:30 at Kasuga Kominkan, which is the Kasuga community center. This is a Salsa dance club and clearly does not require language skill of any kind. However, most e-mail and announcements are in Japanese. They also hold workshops and parties either at El Torito or the Backyard Cafe (see the website for more details)
