Free internet access can be obtained by anyone at Tsukuba Public Library and the associated branch libraries.

• You have to write your name and the number of the computer and the time you started on the form near the computers.
• You're not supposed to use the computers for email. However, I often see people accessing Hotmail from the library machines.
• There is a time limit in theory. In practice, the machines aren't usually busy enough to warrant getting kicked off them.

The Community Support Center has a few computers that are available for public use.
