Road running from Nishi Odori to Higashi Odori at the north end of the city. Also known as Hiratsuka Sen. Begins at the Delnozaurus pachinko parlour, and goes through the University of Tsukuba just north of University of Tsukuba Bookshop meeting Higashi Odori at the Takarabune cake shop.
