In the Tsukuba Wiki, you may find the use of names such as "Tsukuba Town" rather unnatural English. However, there is both a city and a now-incorporated town called Tsukuba, as well as an area of the city which is also called Tsukuba (written in kanji). Thus in order to make the names unambiguous, we've had to use the rather unlikely looking terminology of "Kukizaki Town" etc.
